The Client Onboarding Officer at Pepperstone is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience during the account opening process while ensuring compliance with regulations.

In Short

  • Offer a seamless account opening experience for clients.
  • Process client applications according to standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve various types of client applications.
  • Verify documents and conduct ID checks to identify risks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to expedite the onboarding process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of global compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service departments.
  • Assist with customer support functions.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Background in finance, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or similar (desirable).
  • Experience in client onboarding and customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese or another language.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under pressure.
  • Strong customer focus and passion for excellent service.
  • Time management and decision-making skills.
  • Interest in financial markets (desirable).
