Overview

The Client Onboarding Officer at Pepperstone is responsible for providing exceptional onboarding experiences for clients by reviewing and approving new accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Provide a seamless account opening process for clients
• Process client applications according to regulations
• Review and approve various types of client applications
• Verify documents and identify potential risks
• Communicate with clients to expedite the verification process
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes
• Maintain knowledge of global compliance standards
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams
• Assist with customer support tasks when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a bilingual environment
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Attention to detail and quality maintenance
• Good judgment and integrity in decision-making
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Time management and task completion skills
• Desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Basic understanding of Forex is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is a plus
