In Short

• Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of trading systems.
• Manage and administer client trading platforms, including MT4, MT5, and cTrader.
• Supervise internal dealing infrastructure for flawless execution and effective hedging.
• Monitor critical systems to ensure consistent stability.
• Conduct health checks and audits on trading platforms.
• Address Operations tickets with urgency to meet customer needs.
• Manage processes related to corporate actions and daily operational tasks.
• Investigate trade-related issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide support for regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for effective communication.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role in the online trading industry.
• Prior experience with MetaTrader 4/5 is preferred.
• Familiarity with cTrader and Devexperts is advantageous.
• Experience in Database Administration or SQL-based reporting is a plus.
• Ability to investigate issues using logs and generate database queries.
• Strong analytical skills and effective time management.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle weekend tasks.
