Licensed Mental Health Clinician - LCSW/LMFC - Remote

Overview

This role involves working as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in a hybrid environment, providing care to vulnerable seniors through an interdisciplinary team.

In Short

• Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
• Travel required to Pasadena and North Hollywood once a week.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and social workers.
• Deliver and document behavioral health interventions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapies.
• Provide training on behavioral health symptoms to staff.
• Work within the PACE care model.
• Oversee a caseload of participants.
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin.
• 5 years of behavioral health experience preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent.
• Licensed by CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as LCSW or LMFC.
• Preferred experience with elderly populations.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
