Overview

The Director of Service Excellence Intelligence and Technical Operations oversees patient experience surveying, data analytics, and reporting, along with administrative duties for technical operations to enhance patient experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in process improvement and analytical roles.
  • 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Experience with patient experience platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with senior leadership.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Research experience in survey design and methodology.
  • Ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in a clinical care environment.
