Overview

The Director, Expert Services is a critical leadership role, responsible for building and managing AppOmni's OmniWatch services function, encompassing professional and managed security services designed to enhance customer experiences and generate recurring revenue.

Requirements

• 7+ years in leading security services teams.
• Deep understanding of SaaS security architecture.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in project management methodologies.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
