Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

AppOmni, a leader in SaaS Security, helps customers achieve secure productivity with their applications. As a Solutions Architect, you will drive customer engagement and ensure they recognize the value of the AppOmni product.

In Short

• Manage post-sales technical and functional needs for enterprise customers.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer champions and technical teams.
• Drive customer deployment and adoption of AppOmni products.
• Introduce and implement new products and features.
• Develop expertise in AppOmni’s API capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on product roadmap.
• Document customer success criteria and strategies.
• Track accounts to identify customer risk and contribute to renewal strategies.
• Provide internal feedback to improve customer service.
• Evangelize customer success stories.

Requirements

• 3-10+ years in customer success or technical account management in SaaS.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and C-level executives.
• Strong SaaS security and cloud security experience preferred.
• Experience with Python, Django, and API integrations.
• Understanding of authentication methods and RBAC structure.
• Strong engineering skills for building integrations.
• Familiarity with common SaaS solutions like Salesforce and M365.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and customers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk preferred.
