Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer at AppOmni will serve as a technical subject matter expert, supporting sales efforts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

• Provide technical expertise for customer opportunities.

• Conduct technical demos for prospects.
• Lead customer Risk Assessments and Proof-of-Value engagements.
• Engage in technical discussions about SaaS security trends.
• Interact with customers both locally and remotely.
• Be the technical voice of Sales for SaaS security.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing.
• Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Foster relationships with SaaS security partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security systems or as a Solutions Engineer.
• Knowledge of common SaaS solutions like SFDC, O365, etc.
• Self-driven individual in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in securing SaaS/cloud environments.
• Understanding of API-based security and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in enterprise security transactions.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical acumen in security and infrastructure.
• Programming and DevOps experience is a plus.
