In Short

• Lead technical engagements across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Work directly with customers to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Guide new customers through implementation and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert across GTM.
• Develop internal documentation and training programs.
• Assist with platform configuration and best practices.
• Track trends in evaluations to support GTM strategy.
• Maintain demo environments and training standards.
• Consolidate customer feedback for roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar role.
• Understanding of software architectures and APIs.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Strong demoing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
• Self-starter attitude focused on scalable processes.
