Overview

Rollstack is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and scale our content engine across LinkedIn and other social platforms.

In Short

• Own and scale Rollstack’s social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Produce and publish high-quality content multiple times per week.
• Turn product capabilities and customer use cases into compelling visual content.
• Create customer stories, product demos, and short-form videos.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify content opportunities.
• Build repeatable content formats that compound over time.
• Experiment with new content types and distribution strategies.
• Engage with the community across platforms.
• Track and analyze performance and iterate quickly.
• Stay on top of trends in social media and the data ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or growth roles.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn and familiarity with Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong content instincts and ability to capture attention quickly.
• Comfortable creating visual and video content.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools for content writing and video editing.
• Ability to produce high-quality content quickly and consistently.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B dynamics.
• Curious and excited about data, analytics, and productivity tools.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear content.
• Analytical mindset to track performance and iterate.
