Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Social Media Manager to take full ownership of organic strategy, athlete integration, content velocity, and Manychat conversion infrastructure.

In Short

• Develop and execute a repeatable, scalable content engine
• Conduct viral strategy audits across comparable brands
• Extract repeatable formats, hook structures, and engagement patterns
• Manage daily publishing cadence
• Oversee creator and UGC pipeline
• Build and optimize Manychat keyword flows
• Ensure athletes are aligned to clear KPI buckets
• Maintain weekly KPI spreadsheet
• Report performance during executive meetings
• This is a revenue ownership role.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of content strategy and organic growth
• Experience with Manychat and digital marketing tools
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Creative mindset with a focus on storytelling
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with athlete or influencer partnerships is a plus
