Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Social Media Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, embracing changes while maintaining strong attention to detail.

In Short

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter/X
• Coordinate with editors to ensure daily content output
• Write captions, titles, hooks, and post copy optimized for engagement
• Identify viral moments and clip opportunities from long-form podcasts
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Stay on top of MMA news, trends, and viral content styles
• Work closely with our team to maintain brand voice and consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of social media growth (especially short-form content)
• Passion or knowledge of MMA / UFC / combat sports
• Ability to write engaging, click-worthy captions and hooks
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple accounts
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio (or similar)
• Bonus: experience managing podcasts or creator accounts

Benefits

• Salary range from (USD) $1,400 - $1,900 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
• Independent contractor position through a payroll platform
