Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing exemplary pre-sales support to the sales team, focusing on territory and enterprise accounts in the ASEAN region.

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team.
• Drive new business from prospective and existing customer accounts.
• Organize and coordinate technical pre-sales engagements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
• Manage and deliver technical information to customers.
• Support regional sales organization for timely sales closure.
• Act as a technical bridge between sales and customers.
• Proactively drive strategic account opportunities.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and Proof of Concept.
• Provide feedback to Product Management from customers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Security analytics experience.
• At least two years of experience as a field system engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of general networking concepts and Linux.
• Strong understanding of SIEM.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools like ArcSight, SPLUNK, etc.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Perl.
• Strong presentation skills and customer satisfaction commitment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Confident communicator in front of customers.
