Overview

DNAnexus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Bioinformatics to support our sales and customer engagement efforts in the biotech, pharma, and research sectors.

In Short

• Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Architect and recommend bioinformatics workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in bioinformatics or solutions engineering.
• Strong understanding of bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and R.
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments like AWS and GCP.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
