• Join Sprinto’s Customer Experience team as a Senior Solutions Engineer.

• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Design solution architectures for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects.
• Deliver tailored product demos showcasing Sprinto’s value.
• Guide prospects through sandbox environments or POC evaluations.
• Support Sales in winning competitive deals.
• Collaborate with Product to share market feedback.
• Support renewals and upsells by identifying customer opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales, or GRC consulting.
• Experience with mid-market/enterprise customers in APAC/EU.
• Knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Comfortable engaging with CxOs.
• Proficient in SaaS/cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: ISO Auditor, CISSP, CISA certifications.
