Instructure is dedicated to creating superior, easy-to-use software for teaching, learning, and employee development. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to guide prospective customers in evaluating our Instructure Learning Platform.

In Short

• Partner with Account Executives to manage complex opportunities.
• Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
• Analyze customer goals and map back to platform solutions.
• Respond to technical requirements in RFIs/RFPs.
• Document customer requirements for evaluations and implementations.
• Continuously develop personal and team skills.
• Ensure an amazing customer experience in partnership with customer experience teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in SaaS.
• Understanding of teaching, instructional design, or education administration.
• Technical knowledge of education technology and systems integration.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Organized and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
