Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will serve as a technical subject matter expert focused on customer success, helping clients achieve their security operations and threat intelligence goals using the Anomali platform.

In Short

  • Serve as a power user of the Anomali platform.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve customer technical requests.
  • Provide guidance for successful technology usage.
  • Manage customer expectations and accountability.
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress.
  • Engage with various internal teams for smooth customer experience.
  • Promote customer advocacy and feedback.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Located in the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success or similar role.
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies including SIEM and SOAR.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product.
  • Strong networking and operating systems knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Gainsight, SalesForce, and JIRA preferred.
