Overview

The Technical Account Manager at Saviynt will provide account management and high-level technical support to customers, overseeing the implementation of solutions and ensuring smooth operation post-launch.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements for service propositions.
  • Own all technical aspects of the solution delivery.
  • Produce implementation scoping documents and contracts.
  • Oversee successful delivery of Professional Services.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for project-related issues.
  • Monitor support requests to identify recurring issues.
  • Manage ongoing customer support and training.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Client Success Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity Access Management.
  • Experience in leading project scoping, planning, and delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and partners.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and databases.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or C++.
