Overview

AppOmni is seeking a strategic, growth-focused Lead Customer Success Manager to drive the success of our largest enterprise customers and ensure they fully recognize the potential of the AppOmni product.

In Short

  • Manage post-sales activity for top enterprise customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customer champions and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure effective deployment and adoption of AppOmni products.
  • Conduct regular health check meetings and strategic business reviews.
  • Track accounts for churn risk and manage renewal strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering on improvements.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple enterprise customer accounts.
  • Evangelize customer success stories with Marketing.
  • Prioritize customer needs and demonstrate customer obsession.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Experience with large enterprise customers and C-level executives.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS security or related fields.
  • Knowledge of common SaaS solutions like Salesforce and M365.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling difficult customer situations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Enjoys teamwork and achieving goals together.
