The Lead Customer Success Manager will act as a player/coach for a growing team, focusing on customer success and implementation processes for legal tech products.

  • Proficient in German and English, based in EMEA timezone.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success tools.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
