Requirements

• 5+ years pre-sales experience or 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
• Deep understanding of customer communications needs.
• Previous software development experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is desirable.
• Experience in Telecom, SIP, or Contact Center is a plus.
