Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Halcyon, you will combine business and security expertise to demonstrate the value of our cyber resilience solution to customers, ensuring satisfaction and meaningful product development.

In Short

• Work with stakeholders to demonstrate Halcyon’s solution value.
• Advise customers and partners on the Halcyon platform.
• Assist in account and channel management for revenue growth.
• Partner with customer success and engineering teams.
• Facilitate discussions and coordinate technical demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders for support.
• Contribute to marketing efforts for brand awareness.
• Stay current on industry trends.
• Support personal development in technical skills.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years in information security engineering or related role.
• Experience with modern security platforms.
• Knowledge in cloud security, incident response, and more.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Business development experience preferred.
• B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Japanese required.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
