Overview

As the Director of Client Services (DCS) at StackAdapt, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Managers, driving client retention and growth through exceptional campaign management and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Extensive media and programmatic advertising experience.
• Deep understanding of RTB, DSPs, and data-driven marketing.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Success in leading client-facing teams.
• Experience with both brands and agencies.
• Proven ability in strategic planning and operational improvements.
• 10+ years in account management in the programmatic space.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for mentorship and team development.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
