Zaelab is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Director of PMO & Delivery Excellence to lead our Project Management Office and drive consistent, high-impact delivery across a complex portfolio of Professional Services engagements. This senior leader will play a critical role in maturing our delivery operations, standardizing project execution, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring a best-in-class client experience. This high-accountability position demands operational rigor, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate complexity at scale.

• Lead the evolution of the PMO into a strategic function.
• Establish enterprise-wide project governance and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project and program management.
• 5+ years in a PMO leadership role.
• Proven success delivering B2B software implementations.
• Deep understanding of client services and internal delivery operations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
