Overview

The Director of Delivery Excellence and Program Management (PMO) at Argano is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, execution, and delivery of program and project management services across the SAP Business Unit. This role ensures that all projects align with the company's business objectives, adhere to client agreements, meet expected quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing on and offshore teams.
• In-depth experience in financial and budget management.
• Deep experience of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Technical expertise in the SAP ecosystem.
