In Short

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits.
  • Provide first-level Employee Relations support.
  • Drive process improvements in line with strategic goals.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders including Legal and Payroll.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and guide clients through concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws across various jurisdictions.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms for offboarding processes.
  • Champion best practices and advocate for automation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work autonomously in a remote and international environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields.
  • Proven experience with employee exits and HR advice.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide solutions.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business level proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Tech savvy with tools like Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Zendesk.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
