Overview

The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions independently manages all employee exits for Remote's external employees with a focus on legal compliance, excellent quality and providing delightful customer service.

  • Support junior team members with expertise and guidance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing employee exits legally and sensitively.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations principles.
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Zendesk.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work in a remote and international environment.
