Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law preferred.
  • Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Aptitude for innovation and process optimization.
  • Efficiency in operations and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote team.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
