The Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions plays a crucial role in managing employee exits and providing first-level support in employee relations while ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including terminations and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding separations.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance.
  • Draft termination documents while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on offboarding matters.
  • Support clients in understanding employee relations resources.
  • Monitor and follow up on employee relations cases.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Background in managing employee exits with legal compliance.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
  • Tech-savvy with asynchronous collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
