Senior Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to provide expert technical support, mentorship, and leadership within our IT support team. In this role, you will act as an escalation point for complex issues, guide Tier 2 team members, and ensure the timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Provide expert technical support and mentorship.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Oversee ticket boards to ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage team timesheets and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on client health.
• Delegate tasks and handle after-hours support.
• Involved in recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
• Foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure incidents and tickets are accurately logged.
• Maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure, and Terminal Services/WVD.
• Experience with Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
• Experience with TCP/IP Connectivity, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with Client/Server application interaction.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
