Systems Administrator II - Remote

Overview

The Systems Administrator II is responsible for providing front-line technical support and expert-level service to customers by efficiently resolving complex IT issues.

In Short

• Remote position open to applicants in TX, AZ, FL, KS, MO or NM.
• Resolve software and hardware issues.
• Configure user accounts and email access.
• Provide basic end-user training.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Serve as a point of escalation for peers.
• Document remediation steps clearly.
• Foster a positive client experience.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Ensure incidents meet documentation standards.

Requirements

• 4 years of related experience with 1 year in a Tier 2 or greater IT support role.
• Microsoft/Net+/A+ Certification or equivalent experience.
• Additional certifications in Microsoft 365, Entra, Windows Server are a plus.
• Ability to logically plan and document changes to client networks.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
