In Short

• Respond to Operations telephone line, online incident system, and online chat.
• Analyze customer environments for performance improvement opportunities.
• Perform active monitoring of system and capacity monitoring systems.
• Provide administration and maintenance of production servers running various Linux distributions and Windows Server.
• Backup and troubleshoot PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and MSSQL Server.
• Support software solutions including IIS, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Ensure proper documentation on all service requests.
• Interact with multiple departments daily.
• Follow strict operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Linux (LAMP) and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of Drupal, WordPress, Magento, Node.js, OpenStack, and Atlassian Products.
• Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining software.
• Open-Source Software configuration and administration.
• Background in Security, Networking, or DevOps development.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
