In Short

• Support clients through GitLab’s official Service Partner program.
• Implement, optimize, and support GitLab’s DevOps platform.
• Configure and troubleshoot GitLab pipelines.
• Assist with the migration of CI/CD processes.
• Support secure development workflows.
• Work directly with clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong growth path in DevSecOps and customer success.
• Daily support of GitLab platform including engineering and operations tasks.
• Conduct user-training and help sessions for new features.
• Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with GitLab on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
