Overview

We are seeking a Senior Learning Program Manager to oversee the execution and operational efficiency of our corporate learning programs. You will ensure that all learning initiatives are well-structured, planned, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with L&D team members and business leaders to ensure learning solutions meet organizational/team/individual needs
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure continually effective alignment
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, using feedback and analytics to refine programs and drive innovation
  • Develop and maintain learning analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement
  • Use data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights and track progress against organizational learning objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and inform program design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning Design, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D program management or learning operations
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
