Overview

The Junior IT Customer Service Analyst will support the Global Identity Access Management Operations (GIAM Ops) team at Citi, focusing on entitlement and provisioning of access for internal and external clients, while providing core customer service support.

In Short

  • Process entitlement and compliance review requests.
  • Utilize key information security administration tools.
  • Support bulk customer requests for entitlements.
  • Perform manual entitlement review maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates welcomed.
  • Minimum High School Degree; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong information security mindset.
  • Ability to learn different systems quickly.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
