AZ Car Rental is seeking a self-driven, dedicated, and detail-oriented Customer Service - Mid Level Analyst to join our remote team, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficient management of reservations.

In Short

  • Manage customer interactions efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
  • Verify documents, payments, and manage reservations.
  • Conduct virtual vehicle inspections during check-ins and check-outs.
  • Promote additional products and services to clients.
  • Respond to customer messages via chat and email.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
  • Manage vehicle exchange requests and resolve issues.
  • Work remotely with flexible hours.

  • Performance evaluations every three months for salary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Preferably a completed degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and CRM systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of reservation management systems.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Empathy and strong customer service abilities.
