Overview

AZ Car Rental is seeking a motivated and self-driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their team, focusing on providing valuable insights to drive strategic decisions in the mobility sector.

In Short

• Produce and present monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Prepare detailed reports on rental platform transfers.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial processes.
• Develop financial projections and cash flow studies.
• Perform bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Develop and lead innovative financial strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as profit margins and cash flow.
• Work remotely Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in financial roles.
• Preferred: Experience with remote work.
