Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to support the design and test the implementation of architectural changes to the Sutherland Connect platform, ensuring effective operation of various Genesys solutions.

In Short

  • Support Sutherland Connect platforms including various Genesys solutions.
  • Monitor platform and proactively address issues.
  • Drive metrics and problem management.
  • Conduct testing and develop disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide technical consultancy for problem resolution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and escalated issues.
  • Lead outage calls and drive resolution.
  • Collaborate with development and integrations teams.
  • Cross train team members on technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with change management protocols.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4 - 6 years’ experience in relevant roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Genesys Platform.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Expertise with enterprise voice network infrastructures.
