Infrastructure Manager - Remote

Overview

The Infrastructure Manager will deliver a lasting impact on our organisation by maintaining hands-on technical oversight of initiatives, such as modernising system availability and improving our on-premises and hosted cloud infrastructure.

In Short

• Responsible for developing and delivering Infrastructure and Security strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Security best practices and leverage appropriate tools.
• Contribute to the design, management & maintenance of AWS/Azure infrastructure.
• Ensure effective system monitoring and timely actions on alerts.
• Enforce security policies and report breaches.
• Maintain effective backup systems with regular testing.
• Establish new processes and seek improvements.
• Maintain documentation and change control processes.
• Assist in implementing IT Best practices.
• Lead planning and implementation of infrastructure changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Extensive experience with Linux systems.
• Experience in architecting scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Excellent networking and security knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure technologies.
• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ISO27001 standards.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
