Infrastructure Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure team at Septeo ADB, ensuring the operational condition of the company's information systems and driving technological innovation.

In Short

• Lead a team of 5 in the infrastructure department.
• Maintain operational information systems (hardware, network, software).
• Ensure the security of information systems.
• Develop and implement innovative technological solutions.
• Digitize processes and automate tasks to optimize resources.

Requirements

• Experience in team management in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and RDS.
• Experience with Linux systems, especially Debian and Rocky Linux.
• Proven experience in virtualization (VMware, Citrix).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and orchestration tools (Ansible).
• Knowledge of containerized infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple technical projects.
