Overview

The Junior IT Infrastructure Service Manager will be responsible for managing and improving IT service processes, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and coordinating with external service providers in a global company.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with service and/or project management.
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow is desirable.
