• Support operational delivery of contracted services in Clinical Trials.
• Engage in Rater Training and Monitoring activities.
• Manage Clinician Network for quality and consistency.
• Handle Data Management and resolve queries.
• Assist with Scale Management and logistics.
• Communicate with clinicians/raters in English and Mandarin.
• Document service delivery progress.
• Flexibly support study teams based on needs.
• Provide customer service and translations.
• Work in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience.
• Project management or administrative support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
