In Short

• Responsible for developing and implementing Learning & Development programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on company initiatives.
• Design and deliver leadership and manager development initiatives.
• Promote virtual learning excellence across global teams.
• Manage the company’s Mentorship Program.
• Analyze learning data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends, especially in AI and learning technologies.
• Facilitate discussions on best practices in learning methodologies.
• Support documentation and process development activities.
• Ensure alignment with company processes and industry regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Learning & Development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Strong background in talent management and career development.
• Experience in facilitating learning forums and communities.
• Ability to integrate leadership competencies into performance programs.
• Hands-on program delivery experience.
• Experience in remote learning environments.
• Skilled in analyzing feedback and learning metrics.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
