In Short

• Responsible for financial analysis and reporting within the Clinical Trials division.
• Create pricing for customer proposals based on RFPs.
• Assist Project Managers with financial aspects of projects.
• Coordinate financial updates with Business Development.
• Manage project financial trackers and forecasting.
• Provide financial advice for monthly billing and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data for profitability and resource utilization.
• Support ad-hoc reporting for various teams.
• Monitor employee time reporting for concerns.
• Assist in consolidation of forecasting for clinical trials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or Finance.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or Big 4 experience is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Clinical Trials as a vendor or sponsor.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software.
• Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is highly desirable.
