• Monitor, review, and report expense trends and patterns.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and outlook processes.
• Prepare detailed analysis and presentations.
• Develop financial and operational KPIs.
• Identify root-cause drivers of variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Skilled in reporting and financial modeling.
• Exceptionally analytical and detail-oriented.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of projects.
• Passionate about improving processes.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
