Manager, Central Rating - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Central Rating at Cogstate is responsible for overseeing a complex portfolio of clinical trial programs, ensuring timely delivery of the Rater Training Program while managing junior staff and maintaining relationships with study sites and stakeholders.

• Manage phase I-IV clinical trials with budgetary oversight.

Requirements

• BS/BA in psychology or related field.
• 4+ years clinical trial management experience.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Understanding of neuropsychological tests.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory processes.
• Understanding of clinical development lifecycle.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.
