Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or similar fields.
• Expertise in rapid content development and video editing tools.
• Demonstrated portfolio of eLearning projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and webcam usage.
• Occasional travel (approx. 15%) for team meetups.
• Experience with HTML and CSS is a bonus.
• Strong graphic design skills are a plus.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
