Overview

The Hospital Funding Manager leads the development and execution of health-economic strategies to support capital investment in Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in hospital or health economics.
• Expertise in hospital funding applications in Germany.
• Knowledge of hospital financing structures and tender regulations.
• Experience working with hospital stakeholders.
• Understanding of clinical pathways and robotic-assisted surgery.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
