Overview

The Instructional Designer collaborates with stakeholders to analyze business needs and recommend effective learning strategies, employing various instructional methods to create performance-based e-learning and blended-learning solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Design and develop learning solutions using accepted Instructional Design processes.
• Deliver learning solutions on time and provide project updates.

• Evaluate training programs and recommend modifications based on business goals.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to support facilitation.
• Update and revise existing content for continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders to gather content and clarify requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience in instructional design.
• Ability to write clearly for intended audience and purpose.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and other eLearning tools.
• Strong content development skills for various delivery formats.
• Ability to ideate and suggest learning design improvements.
