Client Intake Specialist - Remote

Overview

Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a full-time New Client Intake Specialist. In this role you will be the first point of contact with prospective families and plays a critical role in helping children with autism get the services they need.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for families in need of services.
• Help families navigate the steps of the intake process.
• Collect needed forms and documentation for service authorization.
• Answer questions and educate families about services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with teams.
• Assist clinical teams in gathering background information.
• Follow up with families after scheduled tours.
• Work closely with potential client parents’ inbound calls.
• Interact with billing and clinical teams.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
